The room I got was always very clean and it had a cozy sofa, a relaxing spa bath 🛁, and a sweet little balcony. What's cool is that this place is super close to the city center and a gorgeous beach.

The staff were excellent, especially the coffee bar staff and reception staff. We stayed a extra night and really enjoyed our stay
Thought the meal in the Neptune restaurant overpriced and not as good as the rest of the hotel

I don't feel the need to use offensive language about this hotel. Everything I have come to expect from this hotel group. Would not hesitate to recommend it (and the Sercotel in Denia Spain)to anyone. Good quality all around and excellent staff.
Restaurant does not open until 9pm. A bit late for me. However for those who like to eat earlier there are plenty of alternatives within a short walk.

The suite we had was a good size for a family of four - including 2 teenagers - and was well-arranged with a double room, large bathroom (with jacuzzi bath), separate toilet and shower and pull-out beds in what would otherwise have been the living room of the suite. There was plenty of storage space - considerably more than we needed for a one-night stop-over - and the suite was clean. The bath and shower were particularly good features and the beds were comfortable. The restaurant menu was good value: I didn't expect a whole bottle of red wine with the 16 Euro menu!
The decor in the public areas seemed a little peculiar and old-fashioned as I am used to more neutral decor in hotels: matadors and fish were the two prevalent themes. The building itself was rather ugly. Families with younger children might like to note that the hotel restaurant does not open until 9pm which is not unusual in the area but may be inconvenient for some.

The room was fantastic and spacious, with a private bathroom featuring a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets, while the beachside restaurant offered late-night dining and there was also a bar downstairs.

Great room, or, better to say, suite: entrance, living room, little pre-bathroom, bathroom with bath, big room with king size bed. 2 big lcd tv.
the exterior of the building (looking from the street) is very ugly and old-looking: paint it!!

Hotel as a whole is stunningly beautiful and nice, I thoroughly enjoyed it.
Every time in Santander, I choose this place. The venue is reasonably large and fairly clean with a fantastic value and good staff. The location is brilliant, 1 km from Parque de la Vaguada de Las Llamas. There are cafes and bars walk from the hotel.
